Pro-Grade® 988 Silicone Roof Coating is a high-performance, 100% silicone, moisture-curing coating that protects roofs from leaks, UV, and weathering. It provides a durable, seamless barrier that resists ponding water and extreme temperatures.
What it’s used for
This coating is designed for use on a wide range of roof types, including aged asphalt, modified bitumen, single-ply membranes (EPDM, TPO, PVC), sprayed polyurethane foam, metal, and concrete. It’s ideal for restoring and protecting existing roofs, extending their life, and improving energy efficiency by reflecting heat.
