Pro-Grade® 988 Silicone Roof Coating is a high-performance, 100% silicone, moisture-curing coating that protects roofs from leaks, UV, and weathering. It provides a durable, seamless barrier that resists ponding water and extreme temperatures.
What it’s used for
This coating is designed for use on a wide range of roof types, including aged asphalt, modified bitumen, single-ply membranes (EPDM, TPO, PVC), sprayed polyurethane foam, metal, and concrete. It’s ideal for restoring and protecting existing roofs, extending their life, and improving energy efficiency by reflecting heat. The 1L is ideal for small repairs - one tin covers around 1 to 1.5m2 (2 layers).
